SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Qualifications- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferably with two (2) to four (4) years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate accounts, or project selling is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and willing to travel for client visits.
- Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's client database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular sales reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
