Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact within our organisation.

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
• Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through a consultative selling approach
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate sales opportunities
• Providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
• Tracking and analysing sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices

• Proven track record of success in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
