Join our dynamic team at IAN SMART ENERGY CORP' as a Technical Support- Electrical Engineer. In this full-time role based in Imus City Cavite, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support and solutions to our clients within the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry.
Key responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for our clients' electrical and electronic systems
- Analyze technical data, identify problems, and recommend solutions
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical and electronic engineering
- Contribute to the development of new products and services
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using engineering software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Willing to do field works
- Willing to travel within NCR
