MARKETING HEAD
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, admissions, or team leadership (preferably in an educational institution).
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and enrollment strategies is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Marketing Department to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.
- Manage Career Orientation Seminars (COS), school visits, outreach programs, and community engagements.
- Monitor team performance, marketing KPIs, and campaign effectiveness.
- Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments to support admissions and institutional goals.
- Prepare departmental reports, marketing plans, and strategic recommendations for Management.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Depending on the semester class schedule)
