Medical Technologist

Job Summary

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to excellence in diagnostic healthcare.

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and serology.
• Prepare samples, reagents, and equipment for accurate diagnostic testing.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure quality performance.
• Conduct quality control checks to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of results.
• Maintain organized documentation and accurate records of all test results.
• Follow strict safety, health, and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to provide timely diagnostic support.
• Participate in training and orienting new staff or interns as needed.
• Ensure adequate inventory of laboratory supplies and assist in procurement.
• Support mobile diagnostic operations and provide on-site testing services as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Must be a licensed Medical Technologist (RMT) in good standing.
• Preferably with experience in hospital, clinic, or mobile diagnostic settings.
• Strong technical knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and safety protocols.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in test performance and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
• Willingness to work in a mobile setup and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, LIS).
