Job Description:
- Contact customers regarding unpaid or overdue accounts
- Remind clients about payment deadlines and outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements and provide available solutions
- Handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully
- Update payment records and customer account information accurately
- Follow company policies and compliance procedures during calls
- Meet collection and performance targets
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Basic computer navigation knowledge
- Able to remain professional when handling difficult conversations
- Open to beginners and career shifters
