Job Summary
We are looking for a Store Systems Manager to oversee operational systems, inventory processes, and workflow improvements that support multiple restaurant locations. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through standardized systems and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee store systems and operational processes.
- Manage inventory controls and stock accuracy.
- Lead system rollout, testing, and implementation.
- Develop operational documentation and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store operations.
- Conduct user training and process implementation.
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related course.
- 8–10 years of experience in restaurant operations, systems management, or inventory control.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Experience supporting restaurant chain or QSR operations.
