Project Assistant - Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Assistant for managing project documents, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • In-charge for organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or Management or any related from any reputable school.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience as Project Assistant or any related
  • Must be knowledgeable in project management and documentation.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City
