Arbitrail is expanding! We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing BPO team.
Location: Ortigas, Pasig CitySchedule: Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
Qualifications:
- With at least 6 months BPO experience
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM. Ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
- Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.
- Handle customer reservation inquiries, assist with booking issues, and provide support related to hotel and supplier coordination.
- resolve customer issues via Zendesk and log interactions efficiently.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the clients team.
- Deliver consistent and high quality customer experiences.
