• Key Responsibilities
• Manage client billing and payment processing
• Handle inquiries related to invoices, payments, and billing concerns
• Maintain accurate transaction records
• Follow up with clients on overdue or pending payments
• Support improvements in billing workflow efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations

• Previous managerial or supervisory experience
• Speaks clean and professional English
• Strong communication and client management skills

• Experience in credit repair industry
• Previous billing, collections, or payment processing experience
