Job Summary
The primary role of the Marketing Executive is to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement. You will lead and execute marketing initiatives based on market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, client demographics, pricing, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and oversee content production for blogs, social media, newsletters, press releases, and case studies.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop marketing collateral and align campaigns with business goals
- Monitor and measure marketing performance, leveraging insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage the companys marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient results
- Coordinate marketing efforts with product rollouts and sales push activities.
- Manage and continuously update the company website, ensuring an optimal user experience (UX), adding new features, publishing regular blogs, and maintaining fresh, engaging content that aligns with business goals.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Maintain strong internal communications to keep all departments aligned with marketing objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Promotexter at networking events and external presentations.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a strong digital focus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and campaign management.
- Comfortable with public speaking and external presentations.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
