Are you passionate about aviation safety, compliance, and quality standards? Join our growing Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) team as a Quality & Safety Coordinator and play a key role in supporting operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Key Responsibilities
• Champion safety as the top priority across all operations
• Maintain currency with mandatory aviation training requirements
• Manage and control aircraft technical publications
• Coordinate and facilitate in-house training programs
• Administer system user accounts and maintain internal platforms
• Oversee SMS/QMS systems and ensure proper documentation
• Manage Safety Reports lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List, including risk assessments and supplier coordination
• Complete and submit customer self-audit questionnaires
• Produce and distribute departmental reports
• Support development and improvement of company manuals and procedures
• Assist the Head of Quality & Safety with additional compliance tasks
