Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job summary:

Coordinates all the activities of the sales and marketing department, including distributor events and training implementations, and marketing-related events such as launches and trade shows. Maintains a record of all marketing reference materials and assists the Business Development Manager in liaising with vendors and suppliers on locally and regionally-sourced products for the shoppers catalog.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of Sales and Marketing Activities

1. Works with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in ensuring excellent implementation of training activities in all assigned venues. Coordination activities involve the following:
2. Venue reservation and booking, including F&B to be consumed during the event

ii. Travel requests

1. Works with the brand management team in the implementation of marketing activities such as trade shows, product launches, promotions, benchmarking etc. Coordination activities will be similar to the above.

1. Business Opportunity

1. Coordinates with vendors, suppliers and outsourced services and resources for locally/regionally sourced products and solutions
2. Works with the Marketing Manager and Brand Category Leads to ensure appropriate and good quality materials are available for distributors and customers.
3. Protects company proprietary information.
4. Conducts survey on products being developed.

1. Marketing Records, Reports and other Administrative Functions

1. Develops and maintains a record of all marketing reference materials such as promotion calendar, brand guides, reference literature, training materials and marketing research and keeps them in a central location for easy reference.
2. Ensures that all materials are updated from time to time.
3. Assists the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager in other administrative matters such as coordination and documentation of meetings, monitors progress and other functions.
4. Ensures proper documentation on purchase requisition and payment requests for marketing related events, products launches and other requirements as needed.

1. Human Relations

Ensure sound working relationships with company personnel, Amway personnel in Ada, other affiliated companies, suppliers/vendors, convention centers, consultants, advertising and public relations agencies.
