Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four year course (i.e. BS Biology, BS Tourism, BS Hospitality Management & etc.)
- With knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- With previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- With basic mathematical skills.
- Must have the ability to type fast with accuracy
- Must have a basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. printer, scanner, photocopier and laminating machine)
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work in any of our Cebu Branches (Cebu Main, Tabunok, Naga, Mandaue, Liloan, Consolacion and Mactan Branch)
