We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Duties include handling incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, assisting with scheduling and documentation, providing support to management and colleagues, and ensuring that office supplies are stocked and organized. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma or certificate)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, and extended hours when needed
  • Can start immediately
