Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative technology consultancy as an Assistant Web Developer, where you’ll be instrumental in creating and maintaining sophisticated web applications that power business transformation. Working directly with the principal consultant, you’ll have your hands on cutting-edge technologies, including AI integration and workflow automation.This role offers exceptional growth potential, with the opportunity to expand into a full-time position for the right candidate. You’ll be building mission-critical applications that solve real business challenges while gaining invaluable experience in modern web development and AI implementation.
Responsibilities- Design and develop custom web applications tailored to specific client business requirements
- Implement and optimize AI functionality, including RAG databases and intelligent workflow systems
- Perform sophisticated debugging and troubleshooting to ensure optimal application performance
- Create and maintain database integrations using modern database technologies
- Collaborate directly with the principal consultant to understand and execute project requirements
- Contribute to the development of innovative business operation solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
- Proven experience with modern web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Practical knowledge of popular frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Strong foundation in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB)
- Demonstrated experience with AI technologies and workflow implementation
- Excellence in problem-solving and debugging complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication channels
- Commitment to 4-7 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Located in the USA with availability during standard business hours
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
