Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Analyst to support onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR systems management. This role will also assist with commission tracking and employee data management across internal systems.
Key Skills:
- Manage onboarding processes, employee records, and HR documentation
- Administer HR systems (e.g., Paylocity/Pay Velocity) and internal platforms
- Coordinate LMS training, including enrollment, tracking, and renewals
- Track compliance and training completion for production employees
- Monitor and manage certification and renewal deadlines
- Support 401(k) administration and employee benefit tracking
- Assist with commission tracking tied to revenue performance
- Maintain accurate HR data across systems
Qualification and requirements:
Experience:
- 1–3 years of HR operations
- Experience with HR systems (Paylocity)
- Experience working with US-based companies
- Understanding of onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and training tracking
- Exposure to commission tracking or revenue reporting (preferred)
- Knowledge of 401(k) processes (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Preferred: Certification in HR management tools or training in advanced office administration practices
Software:
- Proficiency in HR management systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or Zoho People for employee data management and process automation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports and managing administrative tasks
Personality Match / Soft Skills:
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a meticulous approach to managing HR and administrative responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, suited to collaborative work with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support for HR operations and employee satisfaction
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles, with a focus on recruitment and office coordination
- Proficiency in HR management tools and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to HR initiatives and ensure compliance with administrative policies
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM central time
