Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills to create and analyze data reports.
- Extract data from the LMS to issue training certificates and generate reports.
- Respond to customer questions and handle complaints professionally.
- Learn and manage the EdApp LMS for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Update and maintain the Squarespace website.
- Write engaging articles for website distribution.
- Assist with marketing efforts and manage social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Software Skills:
- Squarespace: Beginner
- Excel & Google Sheets: Advanced
- Marketing & Social Media: Intermediate
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
