The Commis Hot Entree's main responsibility is to assist in the preparation of hot dishes, particularly main courses. This role involves helping with the preparation of ingredients, cooking meats, fishes, poultry, and other hot items, and ensuring that dishes are serve and enticing according to quality standards.The Commis works under the guidanace of senior professionals, following recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety practices. Their work supports the efficient operation of the kitchen; ensuring high-quality hot entrees are serve to quests.
Qualifications/Requirements- at least high school graduate
- Preferably with two (2) year experience in food service industry and was assigned particulary in hit entree cooking with familiarity on therapeutic food preparation and production.
