Sales Support Specialist (Investor Relations / Real Estate Fund)

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new investor leads who register interest via our website or affiliate sources. Your role is to make prompt, confident calls, gather qualifying details, and ensure smooth handover to our Head of Investor Relations.

The role requires strong communication skills, a clear and neutral English accent, CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot), and the ability to support a U.S.-based sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement & Qualification
  • Promptly call all warm leads who register via our website or partner platforms.
  • Introduce the fund confidently and build rapport with high-net-worth investors.
  • Qualify interest and investor fit by asking targeted questions aligned with fund criteria.
  • Respond to website live chat inquiries during U.S. business hours.
CRM & Data Management
  • Accurately log all call outcomes and lead interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Enter new leads, maintain data integrity, and create segmented lists for outreach.
  • Monitor and prioritize leads using HubSpot lead scoring and engagement data.
Administrative & Calendar Support
  • Coordinate and schedule investor calls with the Head of Investor Relations.
  • Manage confirmations, calendar invites, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless flow.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support, executive assistant, or client service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or Americanized accent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in CRM/database management.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours and in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in real estate, investment services, or luxury client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
  • Background in managing warm leads or supporting investor relations or business development teams.
