- Oversee strategy, compliance, and team performance at an organizational level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN license required – US and PH)
- Relevant experience (Manager: 5+ years)
- Knowledge of Utilization Management, Case Management, MCG/InterQual criteria, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- The validity of the license must be at least 6 months. If not, the candidate will be automatically rejected. It must also be clearly indicated on the CV.
