Serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding motorcycle service and repair concerns. Responsible for preparing service quotations, coordinating with technicians, providing repair updates, maintaining service records, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Promotes preventive maintenance programs and delivers professional customer support for Vespa service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers regarding service and repair concerns.
- Conduct initial assessment of customer concerns and document service requirements accurately.
- Prepare service quotations and explain recommended repairs and maintenance services.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding repair status and job completion.
- Provide regular updates to customers on repair progress and estimated completion time.
- Ensure proper documentation of service records and work orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Promote preventive maintenance programs and service packages.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or Automotive-related course.
- With at least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or related role.
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
