Role Overview

The HR Clerk provides day-to-day administrative support across HR functions, ensuring accurate records, smooth employee transactions, and timely coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and digital databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support recruitment coordination (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, pre-employment requirements)
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding (documents, IDs, orientations, clearances)
  • Prepare HR documents, memos, and standard reports (e.g., headcount, movements)
  • Help monitor attendance/timekeeping and coordinate with payroll for cutoffs and adjustments
  • Track government/statutory requirements and assist in vendor/government liaison when needed
  • Support HR programs and events (engagement activities, trainings, compliance rollouts)
  • Handle employee inquiries with timely, professional communication

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets (formulas, data cleaning, basic reporting)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-service mindset
  • High attention to detail, integrity with confidential information, and strong follow-through
  • Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor standards is a plus
