Job Description
1 Determine existing production capabilities and capacity.2 Coordinate with all the support teams regarding the needed support in order to attain established production objectives
3 Coordinate with PPC and MPC team regarding required materials
4 Supervise/guide day to day activities of all production personnel
5 Ensure that all necessary machineries, tools, and equipment are available in the production line and are properly utilized and maintained
6 Organize all production resources
7 Utilizes all production resources in efficient manner
8 Lead his team towards attainment of production objectives
9 Monitors performance of all production lines
10 Prepares daily production report
11 Evaluate subordinates as required by HRD
12 Recommends promotion, re-assignment, merit increase as well as disciplinary action 13 Recommends improvement in the production line
14 Prepares report that maybe required by General Manager
15 File production records
16 Creates program plans for various process, quality indices and ensure implementation inside the production floor
17 Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
