(A) Job Purpose
The Country Managing Director (CMD) is accountable for the overall leadership, performance, and transformation of EDOTCO Towers, Inc. (Philippines). The role drives sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence, while advancing a more regionalised, agile, and execution-focused operating model aligned with Group strategy.
The CMD ensures that leadership, decision-making, and customer engagement are increasingly closer to market realities, enabling faster execution, stronger regional oversight, and enhanced responsiveness to customers, regulators, and site-level requirements.
To lead the Philippines business end-to-end, with full accountability for financial performance, strategic execution, operational delivery, and organisational capability—ensuring long-term value creation, strong governance, and alignment with Group priorities.
(B) Key Accountabilities- Enterprise Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Own full Profit & Loss accountability, including revenue growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
- Set clear performance direction and ensure disciplined execution against business targets.
- Drive a high-performance culture anchored in accountability, speed, and outcomes.
- Strategy Execution & Regionalisation
- Translate Group strategy into actionable country and regionally executed plans.
- Drive the regionalised operating model, strengthening decision-making at regional and site levels.
- Ensure alignment across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao with clear ownership, execution focus, and performance visibility.
- Growth & Market Leadership
- Accelerate business growth through customer expansion, tenancy optimisation, and new revenue streams.
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships and market opportunities.
- Position EDOTCO as a leading, trusted infrastructure partner in the Philippines.
- Operational Excellence & Delivery
- Ensure seamless integration across Technical, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience functions.
- Drive execution excellence, service reliability, and consistent delivery standards nationwide.
- Strengthen regional operational discipline, performance tracking, and accountability mechanisms.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Uphold the highest standards of governance, ethics, and compliance with Group policies and applicable laws.
- Ensure robust risk management, internal controls, HSE/OHSMS, and business continuity practices.
- Exercise sound judgement in approvals and decision-making within Limits of Authority.
- Strategic Stakeholder Leadership
- Represent EDOTCO at the highest levels with government, regulators, customers, investors, and partners.
- Strengthen strategic relationships to support growth, regulatory alignment, and industry leadership.
- Engage effectively with the Board and Corporate Centre on performance, strategy, and risks.
- Organisation & Leadership Capability
- Build and lead a strong, regionally empowered leadership team.
- Strengthen organisational capability, succession, and talent development aligned with growth ambitions.

- Oversee CAPEX and OPEX planning with a focus on returns, efficiency, and disciplined investment.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent reporting to the Board and Corporate Centre.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- At least 10 years in senior leadership roles with significant P&L accountability.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-regional operations and transformation initiatives
