Mandarin-Speaking On-Call Representative (Night Shift) – Funeral Services

We are looking for two reliable and compassionate Mandarin-speaking representative to handle incoming calls for a funeral service provider based in Singapore. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, professional in handling sensitive situations, and able to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients during nighttime operations.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Singapore Time)
• PHP 5,000 per month
• Work Setup: Remote

• Hours: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Singapore Time)
• PHP 12,500 per month
• Work Setup: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally using the provided company spiel
• Handle inquiries related to funeral services with empathy and professionalism
• Gather important caller details and accurately document information
• Provide basic information and reassurance to clients during sensitive situations
• Escalate urgent matters when necessary

• Forward client details, concerns, and inquiries to the owner or appropriate contact person
• Prepare clear summaries of all calls and actions taken during the shift
• Ensure all important updates are communicated to the owner in the morning

• Maintain organized records of calls, messages, and follow-ups
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer service, call handling, virtual assistance, or hotline support preferred
• Comfortable handling emotionally sensitive conversations
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to remain calm, professional, and empathetic during late-night shifts
• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
