Senior Finance Analyst / Accounting Supervisor

The Employee’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general accounting processes such as but not limited to: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, monthly closing of books, etc. ensuring accurate recording and timely reporting
• Capable of preparing and reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Proficient in preparing and reviewing month-end journals, closing adjustments, and reconciliation entries.
• Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for assigned clients.
• Assist in external audits by preparing working papers, collaborating with the internal team and external auditors to ensure successful audit results.
• Able to assist juniors with their inquiries and issues.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field.

Certified Public Accountant has an advantage.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledgeable of any ERP e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, preferred but not required

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Keen interest with dealing with numbers and data sets
• Highly skilled with Microsoft applications (advanced Excel skills preferred)
• Pro-active, detailed, and results oriented
• Effective organizational skills and time management
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision while delivering high quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
