About the role
Sagility is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Iloilo, Western Visayas. This full-time role will have you providing world-class customer service to our Pioneer Account clients, leveraging your strong communication skills and passion for problem-solving.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalating issues as appropriate
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- At least 6 months of experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
