What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
As a Customer Service Representative – Technical Support, you will:
- Handle inbound customer service and technical support calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to products, services, devices, or accounts.
- Diagnose customer concerns, identify solutions, and guide customers through resolution steps.
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and customer experience goals.
- Explain technical concepts in a clear, simple, and customer-friendly manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.
- Build trust by taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.
- At least six (6) months of BPO, customer service, call center, or technical support experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues is an advantage.
- Comfortable using computers, multiple applications, and online tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
