Sales and Marketing Officer (Construction Industry)
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join VTSA International Inc.' as a Sales and Marketing Officer (Construction Industry). In this full-time role based in Davao City Davao del Sur, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to support the company's growth within the construction industry.
Location: Door 4 Plaza De Tavera Bldg. J. Camus Extension, Brgy. 9-A Poblacion District Davao City.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote VTSA International Inc.'s products and services to construction companies and related clients
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by building relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations to showcase the value of VTSA International Inc.'s offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent account management and customer service
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline to the management team
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the construction industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including its key players, trends and challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and social media platforms
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related discipline
