**This is a graveyard shift with weekend duty following a roster schedule**

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of travel agency experience required (not a BPO handling a travel account)
• Handling corporate clients is an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Amadeus GDS experience required for reservation and ticketing (Cryptic entries, not point and click system).
• Able to communicate well in verbal and written English to handle foreign clients and associates.
• Able to provide excellent service and handle pressure whilst being efficient and accurate.
• Works independently with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• With an excellent internet connection and quiet environment to temporarily work at home.
