Is currently looking for:

BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Management Accounting (is preferred)
Preferably with experience and knowledgeable in accounting works, taxation and compliance requirement to government agencies is an advantage (BIR, SEC, LGU Permits)
CPA license is not required, but an advantage
Computer literate (MS Office, Quickbooks, BIR applications is an advantage)
Can work with less supervision; detailed oriented; willing to learn
Flexible to work-related task and responsibilities
Willing to work in Subangdaku, Mandaue City

Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate and prepare sales and purchases / financial reports
Responsible in timely preparation of BIR related transactions (tax filings and deliverables)
Encoding and disbursement of account payables
Monitoring of other accounting related transactions
To ensure accounting records are correct and accurate.
Knowledge in FS preparation is an advantage
