Job Responsibilities: Sell products and services to potential and existing customers
Serve as the primary point of contact of customers for the delivery of the service soldAddress customer concerns via phone and/or email
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 6 month experience in customer service or technical support in a BPO setup
Willing to work in the night shift with flexible scheduleWilling to work on an ONSITE set-up
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Sales and Telemarketing in a BPO setup
Upselling experience - Telco AccountProficient in Client Conflict Management
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer needs
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Team player mentality
Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization
