Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team by preparing reports, coordinating marketing materials, maintaining sales records, and assisting in customer and account-related activities.The role ensures efficient sales coordination, accurate reporting, and smooth execution of marketing and sales support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support- Assist Account Executives in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and sales-related materials.
- Compile, consolidate, format, and summarize reports, graphs, presentations, and sales data.
- Prepare account and competitor analysis reports to support business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized sales records, databases, and documentation.
- Update and maintain competitor databases using information gathered from field sales activities.
- Monitor market information and assist in generating sales and competitor reports for Management review.
- Coordinate with content creators and graphic designers in the production of marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, mailers, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with Procurement regarding the ordering and purchasing of marketing materials.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of marketing collaterals and promotional supplies.
- Provide logistical and administrative support during marketing events, exhibits, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of sales and marketing requirements.
- Assist in ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
- Support overall sales and marketing initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Head or Division Head.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactive support in auxiliary tasks and activities.
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or related functions is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
