Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer

This role involves technical oversight, schedule management, cost control, and regular communication across all project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid engineering background, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule project timeline, deliverables and execution phases.
• Allocate manpower by identifying roles and assigning tasks to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to ensure alignment with timelines and project goals.
• Coordinate with all concern departments to align all resources and resolve issues.
• Ensure technical solutions, comply with standards and project requirements.
• Ensure project outputs meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Participate in inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with team members and other supervisors.
• Relay information from Top Management to the team.
• Foster open communication channels within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related field).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to working schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with field tools and instruments for measurement, calibration and testing.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, electrical circuits, machinery, or software.
