DOCUMENT CONTROLLER/ ADMIN ASSISTANT

Document Controller/ Admin Assistant provide clerical and administrative support at the construction site. The DC will be responsible for maintaining project documents to ensure accurate information is distributed throughout the Construction Project Team and the Company.

  • Ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation and accurate information is distributed throughout the Construction Project Team and the Company
  • Supports all administrative requirements of site teams including but not limited to preparation of PR’s for office supplies, and other admin-related requests.
  • Monitor and coordinate document and request from other Department (HR, Accounting and Purchasing)
  • Extension of HR, process the onboarding and Off-boarding of workers, Timekeeping and Payroll, contract preparation and monitoring of contract
  • Monitoring and coordinate schedule of each Staff in the Site
  • Extension of Purchasing, documentation of Site request of materials and Office supplies
  • Extension of Accounting, provides and process the cash advances request liquidation and reimbursements.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information of the Site.
  • Maintain electronic or physical filing systems, and track revisions and approvals.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATION:

  • At least three (3) years of experience being a Document Controller/ Admin Asst. / Clerical position for construction projects or other related positions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field preferably business or computer course
  • Computer literate (knowledge in MS Office software)
  • Must have knowledge in timekeeping/ payroll is a plus
  • Knowledge about the construction process, especially the construction of buildings, is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • With strong personality
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Flexible but firm in the implementation of each processes
  • Collaborative skills, resourcefulness, resilience, initiative, and positive attitude towards work and colleagues
  • willing to be assigned in Angeles Pampanga or Sta. Rosa Laguna
  • can work immediately is an advantage
