About the role

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to recommend the best solutions for our customers' needs
• Ensuring the store is kept clean, organised, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping environment
• Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash responsibly
• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Proficient in the local language and able to communicate clearly with customers
