Job Summary:
The Clinic Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation in a professional aesthetic clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls, inquiries, and online messages promptly
- Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and assist with basic billing
- Coordinate with therapists, nurses, and doctors regarding schedules
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Promote clinic services, packages, and ongoing promotions
- Assist in client retention through excellent service and communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
- Experience in a clinic, spa, or customer service role is an advantage
