Job Summary:

The Clinic Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation in a professional aesthetic clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Answer phone calls, inquiries, and online messages promptly
  • Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, and assist with basic billing
  • Coordinate with therapists, nurses, and doctors regarding schedules
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Promote clinic services, packages, and ongoing promotions
  • Assist in client retention through excellent service and communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in a clinic, spa, or customer service role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is a plus
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and scheduling systems
