Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnosing and resolving complex system issues and optimizing performance.
Collaboration: Working closely with various teams, including software developers, network engineers, and project managers.
Documentation: Creating clear and concise documentation of system configurations, specifications, and procedures.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of new technologies and trends relevant to the field.
Technical Support: Providing guidance and support to users and stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements
strong understanding of software development principles: Including coding languages, design patterns, and software development lifecycles.System engineering principles: Including requirements analysis, system design, integration, and testing.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: To effectively work with cross-functional teams.(Speaking in English and Chinese) Non-negotiable
Familiarity with relevant technologies: Operating systems, networking, databases, and cloud technologies.
