SALES ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, or a related field
• Relevant technical training or certifications are an advantage

• Knowledge of fiber internet connectivity, last-mile solutions, and network infrastructure
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, basic networking concepts, and bandwidth requirements
• Ability to interpret network diagrams, site layouts, and technical requirements
• Familiarity with ISP services, enterprise connectivity, and third-party providers is a plus

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, network engineering, or ISP-related role
• Experience supporting sales teams in solution design, site surveys, and technical presentations
• Exposure to B2B / enterprise clients is an advantage

• Ability to conduct technical assessments and feasibility checks
• Capable of preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and costing support
• Strong coordination skills with sales, operations, and third-party providers
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical clients
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, client-facing demeanor
• Able to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
• Willing to do site visits and attend client meetings when required

• Detail oriented and organized
