Job Description:

The IT Field Support Engineer is responsible for on-site/internal service and support needs for our clients/employees. This relates to all technology, including: workstations, servers, CCTV’s, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.

Basic Job Functions:

• Managing all on-site installations, repair, maintenance and project planning to different clients.
• Monitoring equipment, preparing purchasing requests for materials needed for each project and writing daily and monthly reports regarding maintenance work provided.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve all IT related issues locally or remotely from both internal departments and external providers, vendors or clients.
• Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, or agreed outages.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in any related field.
• Hands-on experience in structured cabling, IP addressing, Networking, LAN, WAN.
• Experienced In troubleshooting, Installation, configuration, diagnose and rectify CCTV systems, IP cameras, computer systems, network hardware/software components and peripherals.
• Candidates must have the necessary resources and equipment, both hardware (laptop) and required software.
• Candidates must have a fast, reliable, secure internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 mbps
• Must be a residing in manila or nearby areas.
• Full time position(s) available.
