- With at least 1 year experience as Mall Multi-skilled Personnel
- With welding skills (SMAW) is a plus factor
- Willing to respond across multiple sites within Metro Cebu area
- Conducts common electrical works in the building such as responding to tenant power concerns, installation of temporary electrical provisions to short-term tenants and minor electrical installations
- Assists with technical works such as carpentry, air-conditioning, plumbing, declogging, fire protection, and welding works
- Conducts regular readings on building and tenants' electrical consumptions
- Assists 3rd party contractors during major projects/repairs mobilization
