Job Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to cash loan products, customer demographics, loan performance, and global market trends
• Assess the performance of cash loan products, including loan origination, repayment rates, default rates, profitability, and other key metrics
• Conduct risk analysis and assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants using appropriate credit scoring models and methodologies
• Stay updated with worldwide industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the cash loan industry, providing insights as well as adopting global best practices to shape business strategies
• Develop models and forecasts to evaluate the potential impact of new initiatives, market changes, and pricing strategies on cash loan portfolios
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing analysis findings, trends, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, product innovation, and business growth in the cash loan segment
• Stay abreast of relevant regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in the development and implementation of cash loan products and processes
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information and analysis results in a visually appealing and easily understandable format
• Work closely with product managers, business development teams, risk management, and other relevant departments to drive data-informed decision-making and foster collaboration
• Create and maintain reports in the Tableau tool on the processes of the Cash Loan product
• Monitor the work of operators, evaluate effectiveness of work
• Evaluate the volume of customers in different channels, their promotion through the sales funnel, the number and quality of communications with customers during this process, the size of the backlog
• Track the costs of different campaigns, sections of the attraction process, calculate PV and NPV
• One-time checks of business hypotheses for subsequent decision-making
• Monitor the dynamics of changes in metrics, find the reasons for such changes, the impact on other parts of the process and opportunities for improvement
• Preparation and launch of marketing campaigns, further analysis of the cost and effectiveness of campaigns, decision-making on re-launches

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Data, or Product Management
• Solid understanding of the cash loan industry, including knowledge of lending principles, credit risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis/product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Python, Tableau, or other statistical software
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets
• Effective communication skills to present complex analysis results in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in using data to drive business decisions, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency
• Knowledge of credit scoring models, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance in lending
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
