Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network & Security Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network and security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
This role is Full-time Remote Setup and ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build their technical expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations. The Network & Security Analyst will work closely with senior engineers in identifying and resolving technical issues while ensuring that incidents are properly documented and escalated when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor network and security systems for performance issues, alerts, and potential threats.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for network connectivity, system, and security-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and alarms in accordance with established procedures and service levels.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior engineers or appropriate support teams.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining and updating network and security devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure.
- Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and service restoration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and security standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports as required.
- Participate in shift rotations, on-call duties, or after-hours support when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and information security practices is preferred.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and monitoring tools is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments if required.
