As part of our continued business expansion and growth initiatives, we are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support the organization's evolving workforce needs. This role will play a critical part in building scalable HR strategies, strengthening organizational capability, and ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent to support expanding logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business expansion, operational excellence, and workforce scalability across multiple logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to identify workforce requirements and build talent pipelines to support current and future growth.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Establish and monitor HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion a high-performance culture aligned with the company's values and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver best-in-class HR support across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or other fast-paced operational environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational development, and business partnering.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change initiatives.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, and Microsoft Office applications.
