- Qualifications
- Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal analyst, or legal support role
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field
- Proven experience supporting contract drafting and review, compliance processes, and legal documentation
- Exposure to banking, financial services, securities, or investment environments (U.S. or Philippine markets)
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Clear and professional communication skills with strong English proficiency
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or legal frameworks
- Exposure to financial regulations and compliance environments
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with legal technology tools and remote collaboration platforms
- Work effectively in a startup environment with evolving structures and processes
- Operate independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and risk awareness
- Balance legal precision with business practicality
- Translate legal concepts into actionable business guidance with a commercial mindset
- Provide legal and administrative support across contracts, compliance, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, summaries, correspondence, and other legal documents under the guidance of legal counsel
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case precedents
- Support compliance reviews and regulatory requirements
- Assist with litigation-related documentation and case preparation, as needed
- Identify and escalate inconsistencies or potential risks in legal documents
- Coordinate contract tracking and execution processes
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and legal alignment
- Support risk identification and legal documentation under supervision
