  • Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal analyst, or legal support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience supporting contract drafting and review, compliance processes, and legal documentation
  • Exposure to banking, financial services, securities, or investment environments (U.S. or Philippine markets)
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills with strong English proficiency
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or legal frameworks
  • Exposure to financial regulations and compliance environments
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with legal technology tools and remote collaboration platforms

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal and administrative support across contracts, compliance, and operational matters
  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, summaries, correspondence, and other legal documents under the guidance of legal counsel
  • Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case precedents
  • Support compliance reviews and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with litigation-related documentation and case preparation, as needed
  • Identify and escalate inconsistencies or potential risks in legal documents
  • Coordinate contract tracking and execution processes
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and legal alignment
  • Support risk identification and legal documentation under supervision
