Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee records and 201 files
- Handle employee concerns and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- With relevant HR experience
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
