Financial Operations Analyst at Sourcefit

Job Details:

• Work From Home
• Monday to Friday I 10 PM to 7 AM (Manila Time)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Financial Operations team who partner directly with our 138 senior living communities in their billing, accounts receivable, and other resident-related transactions
• Support transaction processing such as posting ACH rejections, check returns, refunds posting to PCC, and write-offs posting to PCC
• Prepare reconciliations for cash, assist in reconciling accounts receivable suspense, patient refunds, security deposits, unidentified cash, and other items impacting the accounting general ledger
• Prepare monthly rent roll reports and quarterly analytics reports
• Partner with the Accounting team to deliver monthly cash credit balances, bad debt reserves/lookback to support the financial close process
• Assist Internal Audit with compliance related matters including year-end audit support and compliance with internal controls
• Assist Senior Manager and other members of FinOps team with proposing and executing process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) a plus but not required
• Experience with Workday ERP a plus but not required
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to handle multiple deliverables at one time
• Works well in changing / fluid environment and has the ability to be self-sufficient, when necessary, with the prioritization of tasks
