Position: 1 Quantity Surveyor

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
2. Assist in contract preparation, review, and negotiation.
3. Monitor project costs, control variations, and prevent cost overruns.
4. Prepare and evaluate progress billings and payment applications.
5. Assess subcontractor quotations and recommend best options.
6. Maintain updated records of costs, materials, and labor.
7. Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments for projects.
8. Work closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure commercial accuracy.
9. Support procurement of materials and services aligned with budget targets.
10. Prepare final accounts and assist in project close-out documentation.
11. Communicate clearly with both local and Chinese counterparts to align expectations and resolve cost-related matters.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
3. Familiarity with FIDIC or local construction contract standards.
4. Proficient in cost estimating software
5. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
6. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
