Sales coordinator

Job Description

• Serves as the vital liaison between the sales team, local distributors, and internal operations (warehousing/logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitors local client orders, tracks delivery timelines, and processes sales invoices or purchase orders.
• Addresses customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery updates professionally.

• Male or Female, up to 45 years old, and at least a College Level education
• Basic background in sales, merchandising, field coordination, or territory/area management.
• Average proficiency in using MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Word).
• Resilient to outdoor field conditions (comfortable handling dusty, muddy, or busy public market environments).
• Highly resourceful, creative, and above all, HONEST regarding field hours, mileage, and tracking reports.
• NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, physically fit to pass pre-deployment medical exams, and ready with complete primary documents (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN, NBI, PSA, Diploma, and Vaccine Card).
• Must own a motorcycle with a valid driver's license and be willing to travel daily across designated areas.
